Hi, I’m Pan. I am a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical and professional experience. Commence Counselling was founded based on my passion on helping others face all of life’s challenges and to customize my approach to align with your needs that works best for you. From answering crisis lines to home visits to working within the community and corporate settings, I made sure to gain a well rounded experience in order to fully support you. I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families from a vast range of ethnic, cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds with their mental health in various settings, including academic environments (elementary, secondary and post secondary), corporate, health, community (including home visits), public and private sectors. I specialize in working with individuals (age 12 & up) who are struggling with managing life, relationships and social conflicts.
Most importantly, I want you to know that you can reach out when you are feeling alone, lost, stuck, and or feel like there is no one to turn to.
